3. Shule Ozek, shuleozek.com and social media platforms associated with the Shule Ozek brand accepts no liability and/or responsibility for any client’s decisions and/or actions they choose to make in their own life.  
4. Harassment of any kind towards Shule Ozek is unacceptable and will not be tolerated by Shule Ozek. If harassment or verbal abuse takes place this will be grounds or Shule Ozek to cease the service immediately.
5. Copyright and confidentiality apply to any material produced by Shule Ozek, on any online platform, in video, photo or written form, is property of the Shule Ozek brand.
6. Content produced by Shule Ozek and the Shule Ozek brand may be shared on social media platforms, however, appropriate credit to the Shule Ozek brand must be included.
7. Upon scheduling any service offered through shuleozek.com must be paid in full. 
8. Refunds are applicable for courses that are live before any content is released/published to consumer. If content has been released/published to consumer, a no refund policy is issued. 
9. Digital self passed courses are non – refundable as content is accessible instantly. If you have any questions about whether a course is right for you please contact hello@shuleozek.info.
