On this weeks episode we welcome Leah Pardee to the podcast. Leah is a Mindfulness Mentor, Breathwork Facilitator, and host of the Top 200 Bare Naked Soul Podcast.
Her mission is to teach mindset mastery through mindfulness. Leah began her career as a certified grade A hustler, working long hours, climbing the corporate ladder, studying at night for her MBA. Through achieving 4 promotions in 4 years, and having everything she thought she needed to be happy, she began to learn that getting the next “thing” wasn’t it. She found meditation and mindfulness, became a Life Coach, and soon left her corporate gig to run her business full time. Now, she lives her life in flow, and teaches you how to do the same through coaching, breathwork and spiritual retreats.
